There is no separate\nfulfilment credential to request.\n\nMost integrations do not need the exchange at all. A Bearer token generated in Quiqdash under\nOrganization -> API keys grants identical access with no token endpoint involved. "description": "Every endpoint on both APIs supports OAuth 2.0. For background, see\n[oAuth 2.0](https://oauth.net/2/).\n\nTo send authenticated requests:\n\n1. Exchange your `client_id` and `client_secret` for an access token. Client credentials, and the\n tokens exchanged from them, differ between staging and production. They do **not** differ\n between Fulfilment and Last-mile. A Bearer token generated in Quiqdash needs none of this:\n generate it on the dashboard of the environment you will call. Its lifetime is the\n **Expiration** chosen at creation, one of Never, 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days or 60 Days. See\n [Which credentials cross environments](/docs/environments#which-credentials-cross-environments).\n2. The response carries an access token and a refresh token. The lifetimes are stated once, in\n [Token lifetime](/docs/authentication#token-lifetime). Read `expires_in` from the response rather\n than hard-coding it.\n3. Handle renewal. Before the access token expires, or on a 401, either send\n `grant_type=refresh_token` with the refresh token, or exchange the client id and secret again.\n A refresh token works once, see [Refreshing](/docs/authentication#refreshing).\n\n## Which host\n\nCall the token endpoint on the host you are about to use. Within one environment the token is\naccepted on both, so a single exchange is enough for an integration that spans the two APIs.\n\n## Aggregator or platform integration?\n\nThree options:\n\n1. **Billing identifiers.** Avoids Client ID and Client Secret entirely. You use your own API keys\n and pass a billing identifier, which maps the order to a specific customer. You remain the\n author of these orders; the client owns them. A client with several brands can only see each\n brand in its own dashboard.\n2. **API keys per account.** The client gets its own keys and becomes both author and owner. Again,\n a client with multiple brands has one account per brand.\n3. **Master account keys plus billing identifiers per brand.** A combination of the two. The client\n gets keys and Quiqup configures billing IDs per brand.\n\nBilling IDs can come from the client, from the platform, or from Quiqup. How an identifier behaves\non an order is described in [billing_identifier](/docs/lastmile/create-an-order#billing_identifier).\n",
